From the Director's Desk:
I have a dream!
Since the very beginning I am working with the aim of not just nurturing the future citizens but to transform our school's educational culture as per the need of the industry as well as society.

I have personally motivated our Team RVO (Educators) to ensure the students excel equally in extra-curricular activities apart from academics. We have an extensive teacher training module (daily, biweekly and weekly). I dedicate most of my time in researching school curriculum and building new standards for our school. As a result of which, we regularly bring positive changes for the benefit of our school and students.

After consulting our advisors and core team members, I have enforced corporate culture in our school. The posts have been redefined and recruitment process has been made more stringent (written test followed by interview and finally demo classes).

Feedback system is a must in any electronic devices. The lesson I have learnt while making various electronic devices has been duly enforced in our monitoring system. Weekly report is shared by students, educators and staff to designated authority and ultimately to me. This is part of our research and building of new standards. In fact, I have kept the whole IT cell under me and monitor the school using AI.

Also, being an electronics engineer, robotics is my passion and our school will be the only school which will be having its own robotics lab. Already, the senior students have made EMF detector, inverter, model of bulldozer etc.

Also, being a former IAS aspirant I strive for critical thinking, democracy and children rights. Our educators don't give lecture but engage class with critical thinking and discussion.

I have dreamt of transforming the whole society, where everyone has industrial skill, spoken skill as well as well built positive core value.
