School Co-ordinator:
Oversee day-to-day school operations.
Manage school logistics and budgets.
Monitor and report on teacher performance.
Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends.
School Administrator:
Oversee the working of School Co-ordinator.
Present data from school performance to board members.
Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching.
Interview and hire school personnel.
Review and implement school policies.
Provide guidance and counseling to teachers.
Handle emergencies and school crises.
Organize school events and assemblies.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules).
Class Co-ordinators:
Interact with educators of the assigned classes regularly to resolve issues.
Provide necessary information regarding class performance, teachers' performance to school coordinator on regular basis.
Ensures smooth enforcement of new initiatives to improve the quality in academics.
Educators:
Plan and teach lessons to the classes they are assigned to within the context of the school’s plans, curriculum and schemes of work.
Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils.
Participate in arrangements for preparing pupils for external examinations.
Encouraging student participation in classroom and extracurricular activities.
Researching and developing new teaching materials and implement them.
Providing learners with one-to-one support
Administrative tasks: As with most jobs, teaching doesn’t come without admin. Some of the administrative tasks you may be required to complete regularly include printing and photocopying lessons, setting up IT equipment etc.
Impart 21st century skill to students like Critical thinking, Communication skills, Creativity, Problem solving, Digital Literacy, Social skills, Innovation skills through various activities.
To comply with requirements for the safety and supervision of students inside and outside the classroom.
Follow a timeline and comply with it.
Confidentiality: The teachers should know that in certain matters they can maintain privacy for the benefit of students so that the students can maintain their learning process without any negative effect.
Class Managers (Class Teachers):
Interact with students regularly to understand them better.
Perform assessment of all student learning styles and participate in all students and parents conference as per school policies.
Initiate plans to design home school communication and participate in all conferences.
Administer class students' conduct and discipline and ensure enforcement of same and provide all required information as per student requirement.
Maintain and update all files and records.
Prepare reports and attend all faculty meetings.
Director:
Supporting Principal to take part in all parts of the school activities and strategies.
Ensure participation in ordinary and expert discussions with respect to the school management, staff appraisals, student management, and yearly reports.
Researching and developing new teaching pedagogy according to nearby, state, and national regulations, and also work intimately with educational communities and school boards to adhere to the board's guidelines and rules.
Principal:
Resolve staff issues and such other issues which could not be handled by the sub-ordinate management staffs.
Cultivating leadership in others to ensure smooth functioning of school even during the absenteeism of key staffs.
Facilitating the interaction with parents and others in the school community.
Interact with parents to handle unresolved issues forwarded by the administrative department.
Ensure that facilities and equipment are safe and in good working order, the development of overall school discipline policies and the enforcement of those policies, and the assignment of supervisory responsibilities among school personnel.
Board of Advisor: The Board of Advisors provides the Director and the school’s senior leadership advice on strategic matters that concern the school’s operations, strategic communications, and fundraising.
Parents:
Rights:
The parents have complete authority to ask for safe and favourable environment at school for education of their child.
They have a right to know about their child’s learning and performance at the school, and also they can visit the school beyond PTMs to know about certain concern in regards to their child.
Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of parents to participate in their child’s learning progress by motivating them and encouraging moral values in them.
The parents must make sure that their child never skips the classes and has a good attendance record at the school.
It is the responsibility of parents to regularly take feedback from teacher for their child’s progress and also develop positive relations with the school staff.
The parents should be supportive and encourage a safe environment for all students at the school.
